Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also featured in this latest document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
Further images released as part of the current congressional process.
